Return and Refund Policy

What is our return and refund policy?

If for any reason you decide to not keep your wallet, please get ahold of us using the contact form on our page NO LATER than 14 days from your purchase. If 14 days have passed, we will not be able to issue you a refund.

The wallet must remain in the condition that it was received. Shipping and logistics is your responsibility, unless the return is because of a defect in the wallet.

Refunds will be processed once our team receives the returned wallet and reviews it (typically 1-2 business days after it is received). 

In terms of the silicone band breaking, contact us and we will send you a replacement at no charge (yes, proof will be required [pic]). They are also available for purchase separately if you want to switch them out from day to day ;).

More importantly than the return and refund though we would like to receive your feedback and concerns regarding the product. We are always wanting to improve and would love to hear from you!
